At Toro Cigar Company, we stand behind our products with your satisfaction guaranteed. Unlike other online cigar retailers, we house and store our cigars in a professionally built, properly maintained 1200 sqft humidor to ensure your cigars are fresh.  We then carefully hand-pick, inspect, and pack each order before sending it out the door.  

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase at torocigarcompany.com, you may return your product(s) for a refund, exchange or credit. For boxes returned that are opened, we will inspect the returned cigars and if acceptable, we will prorate the return on the unsmoked cigars that come back.  There is also a 25% restocking fee on all returned items.  

All returns must be received within 14 business days from the date of purchase.
