If we are unable to verify your age, we reserve the right to ship your product “Adult Signature Required.”
Unfortunately, we are not able to otherwise ship internationally at this time.
Due to local State regulations and laws, Toro Cigar Company does not ship products to Utah, South Dakota or Hawaii.
California and Delaware require “signature required” shipment which increases the cost of shipping to those states.

We make every effort to ship all in-stock orders received by 3PM EST, same day, however, please allow for 1-2 business days to process orders during busy seasons, Mondays (first day after weekend orders come in), and after holiday weekends.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99.00. Free shipping orders are always sent with the most cost effective shipping method available. This might be the U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground depending on the package, and is at sole discretion of Toro Cigar Company.
State Restrictions
California
Toro Cigar Company complies with the State of California UTL Bill and will not ship any of the products subject to this law to the State of California. Because Toro Cigar Company focuses primarily on Boutique and Craft Cigar brands, and NONE of our brands have applied for the UTL, we simply not ship any orders into the state of California.
Colorado
Shipments to Colorado residents are subject to Total Retail Delivery Fees of $0.27 per sale. For additional details, go to: Retail Delivery Fee | Department of Revenue – Taxation
Delaware
While we require all purchasers to be over 21 years of age, Delaware’s Title 30 Chapter 53 requires us to:
- Receive and store age verification documents in order to sell a tobacco product to you. We have partnered with Veratad Age and Identity Verification Solutions to safely and securely store your information. This is a one-time process and the information will only be used to comply with your state’s requirements. Obtain the signature of a person 21 years of age or order before completing the deliveryNote, in order to comply with this restriction, we are unable to ship
- to a PO Box or offer certain shipping methods to Delaware.
Massachusetts
Due to Massachusetts State Regulations, we do not ship any Flavored Tobacco products to Massachusetts addresses.
Utah, South Dakota, and Hawaii
Due to State Regulations, we do not ship any products to Utah, South Dakota, or Hawaii addresses.
